Lexington is a historic town located northwest of Boston. It is primarily known for being the location of the “shot heard ‘round the world,” or the first gunshot of the American Revolution, earning a well-known name among historians. Following the war, Lexington found itself on a path of continuous development, and what once was a farming community soon turned into a highly developed neighborhood.

Today, residents and visitors alike love Lexington for its comfortable, suburban feel and walkable downtown area. For years the city has carefully maintained the neighborhood’s gorgeous historic homes, and the streets are shaded by old Oak trees. A little way outside of Boston, residents enjoy the peace of mind of living outside of a city but still enjoy the occasional night out in Boston or a weekend trip to New York.
